“Children are like shoots on plants. Good children are those who behave well in life and study.”
Throughout his life, President Ho Chi Minh spent a lot of time writing for children. It shows Uncle Ho’s immense love and affection for children. Also, they are concerns, reflections, and guidance that Uncle Ho wanted to depart upon younger generations and to posterities about taking good care of the country’s future generations.
With such intent, in the afternoon of October 6, the Youth Union of VAECO Da Nang held a ceremony to commend and reward employee’s children who had excellent academic performances throughout the 2018-2019 school year.

This ceremony is an annual activity organized by the VAECO Youth Union to promote studiousness and the efforts for training in all aspects. It also aims to encourage and commend excellence in academic and moral performance.
In addition, this is also a recognition of the employees’ efforts in fostering education and always paying great attention to their children’s studies while simultaneously fulfilling their own tasks at the workplace. At the same time, it demonstrates the bottomless concern of the company’s leaders for the children of employees after a hard-working year.
On this occasion, 40 students were commended and rewarded, among which; nine were rewarded at the corporate level, and 31 were rewarded at the grassroots level.
In addition to being commended and rewarded with gifts, students were also treated with movies to watch, games to play, and a celebration together at the ceremony.

We wish all the children of VAECO Danang employees to maintain their achievements and to reach for higher results in the 2019-2020 academic year and the following years. The educational accomplishments of children are the pride of their parents, schools, and also a shared joy for the VAECO family.
